All Sales Final Policy


We stand behind our products and want customers to be satisfied with them. Unfortunately, our items cannot be returned since they are final sale products. As we want to keep our customers happy, we can provide store credit in case your product is defective, damaged, or mistaken. The store credit will be the same amount of the items involved.


Procedure: To get store credit if any item is defective, damaged, or mistaken, after receiving your order, you have 48 hours to inspect your order and contact us if it is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and approve the store credit. Within those 48 hours, you must send us an email to the3crazed@gmail.com including the next information:

Order number.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will apply for the store credit within the next 10 working days.
